1:1 PT Sessions

Every individual has different goals; whether it’s to lose bodyfat, gain muscle or increase strength, I can provide you with a clear & targeted programme, tailored to your own abilities, that will support you in achieving your desired result.

With 1:1 PT you get a hands-on approach. In each hour-long session I will teach you the proper form & technique for each movement and explain why we have included it in your programme – building both your confidence and knowledge when it comes to fitness. I will design a workout schedule for you, with your availability and end-goal in mind. You will have 24/7 dedicated support from me as your coach, every step of the way.

Small Group Training

Group training has a multitude of benefits. For one, it helps you to stay motivated as you are making a commitment with others and holding each other accountable. Secondly, it can make starting your fitness journey a lot easier – it can be much less daunting if you are starting to work out with a friend.

If cost is a challenge for you, group training works out cheaper than 1:1 sessions, so it is the perfect choice if you have a limited budget.

I offer group training in groups of two or three clients.

Corporate Programme

Coming from a HR background myself, I know how topical health & wellness is within today’s corporate world. For those individuals working in an often sedentary office environment, taking care of their fitness outside of working hours is crucial.
I offer complimentary ‘Lunch & Learn’ sessions to companies, covering topics such as rest & recovery, resistance training & nutrition. These sessions take less than an hour, are highly interactive and offer staff a wealth of helpful info on how to stay on top of their health & wellness needs.
